Accessing The Backrooms before civilization

We began to be able to access the backrooms when we gained consciousness and began to build civilization to mirror what we experienced there. Humanity had a much easier time in accessing the deeper levels of the backrooms as our minds weren’t constrained and we were able to experience and imagine in ways that would be foreign to us today.

Accessing deeper levels is impossible today

As civilization was built out, we experienced more noise from our own creations. As our minds are so occupied from birth, there is little room for openness needed to access deeper levels. Rather, when we go to the backrooms we are only able to see the most recent degraded forms—offices, malls, subway tunnels. Where the forms may have been inspiring before, we find nothing inspirational today.

Deeper Access is Possible

The deep levels of the backrooms still exist and can be accessed, but it would take a shift in civilization to make it happen. We would need to be in a mindset of openness that is foreign to us, and it may be that the door is closed permanently.
